COUN7503: Clinical Evidence

Guide to help you find articles that use clinical evidence in the mental health literature.

Why Clinical Evidence?

Increasing emphasis is being placed on evidence-based practice in the mental health fields. Many grant proposals require a literature review of clinical evidence and many professional agencies and administrators embrace the accountability of evidence-supported therapy. The skill of performing a selective, critical literature review will help you justify therapy techniques, diagnostic tests and other clinical strategies to supervisors, funding bodies and scholarly audiences.
