Are you looking to find works by a particular author, but you're not sure what they've written? Do you have a partial citation, such as just the author's name and year of publication, and are looking for the full citation? Review this guide for tips on how to search the Capella University Library and the Internet by author.
Authors can be tricky to search, since there are so many different ways to type a person's name, and the databases are very picky about how things are typed (John Smith, J. Smith, J.H. Smith, etc.). Your first task would be to find the complete citation that you need from the author and then use Journal and Book Locator to see if we have the full text. See the Journal and Book Locator Library Guide for instructions on how to use this tool.
